There is so much your life has been designed to offer young man. So much is embedded in you. You are a complete package of God's glory and you must live with that consciousness. There must be a deliberate action geared towards becoming all that God has designed you to be. You must be sensitive of everything around you so as to know how to deal with issues as they occur. Some insensitivities may pull you out of divine covering and hence land you in a place to labor for nothing. Well, you may labor and gather something that will eventually be a waste. Some occurrences in your life need you to calm down before jumping at a decision just because it look good. Some need you to stay where you are without moving an inch irrespective of how beautiful the offer to move away has to give. Some relationships are covering for your life and you must be sensitive not to move away from them no matter your differences if you will ever have a lot in life. Let me share a very critical issue with you today. It is possible to be good for nothing. It is possible to be talented on nothing. It is possible to be laboring on nothing and ends with nothing. Any wealth and riches gathered outside God is good for nothing. Any certificate, fame and all you may posses that bring you comfort and happiness here without God are good for nothing. While it is not bad to give yourself a big package in dressing and all, it is essential you don't overdo it and chase your helpers away. You must beware of a fake life on social media with designer clothing and shoes when you are really far from the reality of your life. You must beware of posing with someone else cars and building when you are still struggling somewhere looking for a lifter. Have you imagine how someone who has not really been eating well is posing with the best restaurants? You go to LinkedIn and all to claim what you are not and people feel you have arrived not knowing that you are far from starting at all. If you act big, it may be your own big loss. You may have missed helpers who considered you already fulfilled. Don't ever give in to such a vague living. Don't ever give in to such a camouflage. One fatal error you may commit as a young man is to think your strength is enough for victory in battle. An addendum is that you may think your swiftness will make you win the race. You may think your wisdom will bring good food on your table. That is a great goof. You surely may rely on your intelligence for riches and wealth. Young man, there is nothing wrong in getting what you want late as long you get it. You know why? Many won't until they are late. Same word different meaning right? Yes, you may be late in achieving your dreams and goals in life, make sure you put in all your effort to achieve it. Late means doing something or taking place after the expected, proper, or usual time. The reality is that lateness in that respect is base on human calculations of time. You are bounded by time and so the definition of lateness may fit into your brain and you consider yourself late. But God is not bounded by time. He is not in the loop of it. No, He controls it. You must not be pressurized into thinking you are late and get yourself into trouble that may make you a late man. You are late by human definition but if you are in tune with God, your timing is in his hands and he is never late even

I can categorically tell you that this holds with God young man. One of the sign that you are ready for a bigger leap in life is your faithfulness when small things are committed to your hands. How did you handle them? How did you treat them? Majority of young people have never come to realize this law of God. You want enlargement in career, ministry or any other phase of your life right? How faithful are you in the little ones you have? Well faithfulness has more to do with your committed allegiance to God over matters of life as though that of an employee to employer. The role initially given to you is not your ultimate with him. He has better packages ahead. He has more beautiful designs in  what you are becoming. There are so much to be grateful for young man. There are countless things that you cannot deny that God has done even though all your desires are not yet met. One way to scale huddles in life and enhances your growth is gratitude. Most young people in their making process give altitude because they are not happening yet. They give altitude especially to God. A man who started with God and expects everything to just be at his beck and call may not be grateful if they are not. You must come to understand that God won't make all things good for you. He will make all things work together for your good. Please read that again young man. All things will not become good. All things will work together for good of you that loves the lord. It is not like you will get a job immediately after school, get cool salary that can take your people away from poverty or relocate abroad. Then, you will see a beautiful lady or man who you will spend the rest of your life with. You will then buy houses

It is a bright new day and I just want to let you know one vital parameter that conquers all situations today. This is extremely necessary for you in turbulent and windy times. This is what sustains you to go on when you are extremely weak and can't carry on. It is the JOY of the LORD.  While I know that difficult times always drains your energy and strength, JOY is there to refill what is loss in higher dimensions so you can be ahead of the situation. Young man, you must know the center of your trust. You must be very clear on the object of your faith. Do you have faith in whatever will be will be (fate) or you trust your strength and abilities? Do you have faith in God alone? The reality of your journey becomes clear when this is defined and its crystal clear. You will know whether you will become deformed or you will become what God has designed for you. When your faith is in fate, then be sure you won't amount to anything. When your faith is in God and its tangible, you will surely please him. It is then authenticated that you will become all that he has for you. Where is your trust? What is your faith object? You must learn to make God the center of your faith. Don't just be positive that whatever will be will be. Don't believe that whatever is yours even if lost will come back. I am telling you if your trust is not in God, whatever is yours may never be yours. You may tarry till  forever to be formed and you won'

Young man, one big altitude you must develop is never to give up. This is divergent into not quitting because you felt things are not coming according to your own plan. You may have done the work like three to four times and no results. You may have given your best and you continue to do but on that path, no major breakthrough for you. You see, it is possible you are closed to your breakthrough. You must learn not to stop what you are dong. As long as God led you there, don't stop. As long as he brought you in by his guidance, don't stop. Keep going. Keep doing what you do. Keep accelerating. Keep moving. The speed may not be what you want but you must not stop. There are two scenarios of virginity benchmarks in the scripture that has lessons for what you are becoming young man. They are loaded with pointers that emphasized the fact that virginity is never enough. It is important to be virgins and that connotes undefiled testament. It implies separation from corruption and all. By that, separation is not enough. No, you have to do more. The other parameters from these two occurrences are what you must imbibe in yourself to really help you shape what you are becoming better. Young man, you have to be careful you are not wasting thinking you are waiting. You need to know how to differentiate the two. It is a sad story for several young people who thought they were waiting only to find out that they were actually wasting their time and life. You cannot say you are waiting and you don't understand what it means to wait . Does waiting mean laziness? Does wait connotes idleness? Does waiting equate to pride? Does waiting tally with slumbering?  When you are waiting, are you meant to not to lift your hands or give in some degree of effort to progress? Sometimes, you will be at the peak of breakthrough in getting the job and something will happen and you missed out on it again. This cycle  may continue for years for you. Strong oppositions are vital for your growth young man. Don't be afraid that you have some or many of them on your process path. There is huge tendency that you may drift away from loving God to become lover of self. The act of drifting away in these last days is very prophetic. The fact remains that a man may be as good as Moses in leading the people of God to their promise land. Yet, his days are numbered. Yet, he has limited days to work with. There is absolutely nothing you can do about the past again. Once its past, it is passed. There are so many young people that have been stucked to their past. The past is gone, forget it. If you don't, the effort needed for today to build a beautiful tomorrow will be leaking. Thus, today may become glooming and tomorrow evidently, a shaky stay. You must learn to let go of failure in the past or its success that has become a memorial. You started a a degree in an institution, it does not work, does that stop you from achieving your goal? Move on, start in another place. Engage more due diligence and you will be flying higher. Holding on to the limitation of the past may blind you from seeing today's opportunities which may ultimately deform you. You must let go of the past. Young man, one major variable that defines you is your ability to apologize while you are wrong. Strongly speaking,  you should have no apology for being right. None. But when you are wrong, admit and don't cover up your wrongs with excuses and some unnecessary grammars. The bane of your humility lies therein. It is dangerous to be wrong and yet stands straight. Give your best energy in helping people in their process period. Don't wait for results to come close. Its a regrettable decision to do so young man. Some disciples with their mother went to Jesus to make enquiry on the exalted position in his kingdom. They wanted the top seats when he takes over. They wanted to feel important and enjoy the fun of those moment of victory when he is crown King of the whole world. Waoh, one will sit at the right hand and the other at the left hands in his exalted state. Well, Jesus told them its not a bad idea. Its not something impossible. Will they be part of his process in becoming what they wanted for him? Will they hold on with him in trials? Will they overcome temptations and challenges ahead of them? It is possible to live in ease today and regret tomorrow. Excuses give ease to us today and weakens our tomorrow. Discipline makes today like furnace but lazed our tomorrow with ease and peace. Young man, don't live your life without discipline. The challenge with young mind is that it is adventurous. You desire to explore opportunities, try relationships, launch out on business ideas, engage in different vices and see the possible outcomes. Some young minds may also dare taboo and cross red lines already drawn by the society. Well, while all these are the potent energy inside of you as human, you must be aware that there is a new life in you young man. Yes. You are different from others and so be careful of engaging in what has the capacity to decapitate you and make you a potential, permanently. Don't engage in adventures that will damage you.
