MANASSEH AND EPHRAIM; FORGET THE PAST AND BE FRUITFUL
Young man, there are certain stuff in your life that must be forgotten to lay hold on the great future ahead of you. Deliberately, God asked you to forget the past and see what is ahead. The past may be rough dude, it is past already. The past may be fine too, it is history. Holding on to the past especially the hurting ones will limit your vision of the good and great things ahead. God is deliberate with every inch of instructions given to you. So, you must be deliberate in letting go of the past too. A little allegory of this was displayed in Joseph Jacob's life. He had a terrible past. His brother tormented him and sold him as slave. He suffered and ended in jail for a crime he didn't commit. It was time for God to bless him and raise him to his desire, he had to let go and forget the travail of his father's house. Manasseh of Joseph was a deliberate name given to indicate that Joseph has forgotten all the travail of his brothers and his past by the help of the lord. T
