Grow in Stature

Listen young man, growth is not optional. It is a necessity. God wants you to be mature, not just in age but in wisdom, stature, and the ability to carry the weight of His kingdom. Many young people desire power, influence, and divine blessings, but without growth, they will not be able to handle them. Just like a child cannot be put in charge of a great estate, you cannot step into the deeper things of the kingdom if you remain a spiritual baby.

A child may be an heir to a massive fortune, but as long as he is immature, that wealth is kept from him. He must go through training, discipline, and responsibility before he can access it. It is the same with God's riches. His wisdom, power, and supernatural provision are not just given to anyone. They are entrusted to those who have grown enough to carry them.

God did not design you to remain stagnant. He expects you to grow into His divine plan for your life. The world is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God, but if you refuse to grow, you will never become what God created you to be. Generations are tied to your maturity. If you stay small, you limit yourself and the people whose breakthroughs are connected to you.

Even Jesus had to grow. He increased in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man. He did not start His ministry as a baby. He went through growth, learning, and preparation. When He reached full maturity and laid down His life, God handed everything over to Him. That is why He said, all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Imagine if Jesus had refused to grow. Imagine if He had chosen comfort over the process. Would He have been ready for the great task of saving the world? Absolutely not. If you refuse to grow, you will not be ready for what God wants to do in your life.

The kingdom of God is not for those who want to remain comfortable. It is for those who are ready to take responsibility. Many people cry out for God's blessings, power, and favor, but they do not want to go through the process. Wealth without wisdom will destroy you. Power without character will corrupt you. Blessings without maturity will be wasted. That is why God does not just hand over His treasures to anyone. He is looking for young people who have grown through prayer, fasting, discipline, and obedience.

If you do not grow, you will always be under someone else's guidance, never fully stepping into your destiny. Many young people today are stuck in dependency, always relying on others to tell them what God is saying. Mentorship is important, but at some point, God wants you to become a voice, not just an echo. If you stay a babe, you will keep feeding on milk when you should be eating solid food. The deeper things of God will remain out of your reach.

Here is the challenge. Grow. Refuse to be mediocre. Do not settle for spiritual infancy. Push past comfort and convenience. Study the Word. Pray deeply. Embrace discipline. Pursue wisdom. You are called to carry the kingdom, but first, you need the stature to handle it. God's inheritance is waiting for you, but the real question is, will you grow enough to receive it?
