WHEN THE WINNER IS THE LOSER

Young man, let me tell you that you should not win every argument. Don't win everything you perceived to be battle.  Winning some battles could mean loosing in the end. Even if you have the opportunity to win such battle, do not be tempted to take such advantage. You may regret it. You have opportunity to win against a mentor who turned against you, don't take such privilege. You have argument with your wife or husband, don't win. Learn to loose in such battle. God is strategic in dealing with you. Be sensitive in your spirit like David Jesse. Do you remember that David had to fight an internal battle with his boss, Saul? Saul became jealous of God's grace on the life of David and began to chase him in order to kill him. Saul  was abandoned by God. He lost his place on the throne. His mentee so to say, got favored in God's eyes. David had the privilege to win that battle. He saw an open opportunity to give one blow/strike that would kill Saul. He never used it. If he won that battle, he would have lost a bigger stage. He had the Spirit of God. He knew he was to loose the battle to win. Losing here means not yielding to the temptation of using the opportunity to kill or destroy your opponent. If he had killed Saul, he would  have been justified but a heart like God's title wouldn't have been for him. There were other altitude that earned him that title but the current issue is also one. Jesus lost to the devil physically but the devil who was the winner later found out he was the real loser. There are scheme from God that makes you lose on the temporary little scales just to win in the larger scale. Don't win all arguments. Don't win all battle. In fact, don't even fight some as God leads you.  Have I confused you a little, young man? No, you have to be totally dependent on God's Spirit to know which battle is not to be fought and which is to be lost for greater good. In fact, you will know the one you should not engage at all. You just be extremely sensitive to the person of the Holy Spirit. He guides and guards you. There are times when the winner is the loser. It is essential you are wise to know this.
