BE ENCOURAGED BY THE MILES YOU HAVE COVERED

Never should you think of giving up. Never should you negotiate retirement. Never should you plan on going back to Egypt young man. You have not reach your promise land but I can assure you that you have covered some distance that you should be proud of. You have navigated through some huddles that should encourage you that you will finish well. Let me boldly say that the clouds of witness are applauding your tenacity and ruggedness. Yes, your goal and aspirations, if they could speak will be saying thank you hitherto. Will you now leave all these distance and withdraw? Will you now quite because the phase look tougher than where you were coming from? Will you allow the thoughts the devil is planting in your heart uproot you from the path of glory? Be encouraged by the strength you have displayed till now. Be encouraged by the miles you have covered. You are closer than you think. Don't ever settle for less. Don't ever settle now that the land is closer than ever and the fruit of the land is been brought to you as a testimony. Oh, the current tide of the storm? Oh, the current hardship? Oh, the current bareness? Oh, the business seems not to move and its crumbling? Oh, the disappointment everywhere? All of them were subset of what you have been through. Yes, they have come magnified but you have been through the worst and you are HERE. Be encouraged that you are here where you are. In these tough moments, you are still standing. Glory to God for the strength given. Glory to God for the support in your weak days. He has not stopped. You will enter your land of promise. Hold on a little more. The children of Israel got to a point that they got discouraged by the challenges they faced. They could not go on. They forgot that they had travel so far and that should encourage them to move on. They saw the giants of problems and rocks of tribulations and that disturbed them, and caused them to cease movement. Well, they forgot the miles they had covered. They forgot that there were worst experiences that they had been through. They forgot that their male children were slaughter as they served under tough task masters. They forgot they were terrible slave used to build a city for Rameses. Yea, the forgot the miracles and the war that God wrought. They forgot that there time the enemy was coming from behind and red sea was in front. They forgot they had no place to run to. Yet, they were still told to move on.. Indeed they proceeded and got to where they were. They forgot they had only one cloth on for forty years and it was not spoiled.  Yet, they made it that far.  Now, they have seen a 'bigger enemy' on their land. They wanted to give up and go back. They wanted to loose hope. Young man, don't ever loose hope. Don't ever give up. You have traveled this far by his grace and he won't leave you here to crumble. He won't leave you here to disgrace you. Just be encouraged that you made these miles and the remaining miles will end in Joy. The children of Israel that believed and got encouraged by the miles they had covered entered their promise land while the others perish in the wilderness. The enemy overtook them. Take courage in what you have achieved till now in God. Don't ever be intimidated by anyone. You have come this far by God and God alone and you will enter his fullness in due course.
