THE SWORD OF GOD

Young man, I need to add a very important addendum to yesterday's dose. The word of GOD is the foundation of your life. It is the essence of your life and what you should totally depend upon. Young man, make sure you are guided in a deeper level of relationship with God in his word. The only way to survive the multiple of challenges and all that you face is to be engulfed in his word. You need a constant communication with God but you cannot speak to him if you don't understand his language and code of discussion. The code of discussion with God is his word and promises. I have seen many youths struggling and climbing prayer mountains and solutions centers to get solutions to their problem. It is disappointing to know that they live with the solution to their problem while jumping up and down seeking for same. The basis of your communication with God is the word of God. It does not matter the zeal and shouting, once the request made to God negates the word of God, its a no no. It does not matter the number of days spent to pray and seek God from help, once it is not rooted in the word of God, you are only play acting and wasting your time. God is not guided by formulae like ATM. The word of God is the solution root to all your challenges. The word of God is the sword of God. The sword of God became the sword of Gideon and the sword of Gideon was also the sword of God. By implication, the word of God came alive to Gideon. The sword of God can be in your hands too once you become a Gideon in pursuit and purpose. Gideon was alone in the threshing floor working on barley. Alone with the word of God while gleaning the truth which later became his sword. The angel saw a mighty man in Gideon. It was confirmed by God in the revelation that he had a sword. He had the word of God in him. He overcame all his enemies and the tormentor of Israel. His challenges were little before him cos the lord was with him and his word dwelt in him. He faced the battle with the assurance of victory. He fought from victory because the word of God which is the sword was in his hands.  Once you have the word of God in you, you have the sword of God. As a cogent part of your armor, the word of God is the lifeline of all other weapon. The sword of God guarantee your victory and your safe landing as you journey on in your making process.

FRIENDS

The circle of people around you has a huge influence on who you are becoming. Remember, we have discussed that you are becoming what you will become.  No one became anything suddenly. It's a process. While you are becoming what you will become, you need to know that the friends you keep will have a large influence on you. Let me tell you the bitter truth. You cannot be friends with everyone. An attempt to try it will be the beginning of you becoming a deformed you. It is foolishness to want everyone in your camp and be in the "good" book of everyone. You must learn to select your friends. Even if they select you, you must also check your parameters of judgment to bring such people close. TRUST GOD EVEN IF IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE

Young man, I am glad to pen some issues on your current challenges to you today. You may be currently in the worst state you could ever be. Let me tell you not to shift your attention away from God. Stay with him. Learn to trust God in all you do. Hold firmly to the truth of his word that he never fails. Even when it does not make sense, trust him harder. Even when it does not match your physical senses and the road seems blocked, trust him better. Trust God if it is senseless. Trust God if it's locked and it can't be opened by men.
