SHORTCUTS

Young man, It is pertinent you note this very early that shortcuts will cut short your life, cut it off or make your sun to set in the midday.  When you are specifically interested in following God, be aware that he has a method. He has a scheme. He has a plan and he has his pace. He won't change his pace or method because you feel you are an  underachievers by the definition of men. Young man, you must be sure that you want to follow him and him alone. If that is the case, don't try to speed ahead of him. Don't try to take a shorter route away from his leadership. You may feel his method is old but it is the same method that made our patriarchs who had landmark achievement in their generation. The method of God can never be old or outdated. The method of God can not be too slow or too fast for what you are becoming. If you are patient with him, you will know that he doesn't fail to deliver his promises at the right time. The enemy will present you alternative and fast method to get rich quickly. You will be given shortcut to getting famous and all. You will be given shortcut to pass the exams. You will be given shortcut to get the possessions and it will look cheap. It will look as though what you have waited for has come to pass. Young man, don't fall for that trick. Once a method involves cheating others, killing people or selling your body, take flight and run away. When the method deny God's love and kindness towards men, please ignore it. Once a method destroys the scheme God has set for you over the years and negates the word of God, don't take such steps. When the step involve you bowing down to the ungodly and exhibiting ungodly trait,  speak to your legs and run. If you have waited and traveled for long to get the right man or woman, beware you don't give in to just anybody because you need a shortcut to marriage. Don't allow the devil to deceive you cos the reality is that shortcuts take you backward or cut off your life. Sarah led Abraham through a shortcut that nearly cut off their destiny and terminate the covenant of God for them. They had traveled far with God and he promised them a son from Abraham and Sarah' union. When the journey seemed long, the method of God became old and outdated to Sarah. She felt God is taking them through a longer route. She felt the method and its pace is slow as they were weak and old to continue. She devised a fast method and shorter route to get a heir. She can get a heir from her Egyptian maid. She convince the husband to see the shortcut. He saw and took it. He followed through but that cost them several years of lack of relationship with God. They had their way but it came back to hurt them and still hurt their covenant wards till today. The shortcut seemed fast and all, but if mercy didn't speak for them, they may never make the real route again. Sarah suffered tortures and mockery from the slave girl. Abraham lost the son produce from the shortcut to the wilderness of life.Young man, avoid every shortcut, it will cut short your life or make your sun to set in the midday. As you move ahead in your making process, never allow the method of God through his words and guide be slow or too old for you. Once you follow the approach of God, it is certain that you will you reach your destination. Every man that follows God' s method always have great results in the end. Stay in the lane, avoid life's shortcuts, they are jeopardy disguised as help.
